You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10-14 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via the e-mail on your original order of your refund once we've received and processed the return.

We also offer restringing services.  We will restring most malas, whether purcahsed from Hemala Jewelry or otherwise.  Over time and with use, every mala will need maintanence and repairs.  We can help do the work for you, with you, or provide some of the supplies or know-how.  Please let us know if your mala was purchased from Hemala Jewelry and has been damaged or worn out prematurely.  We are here to help!
